Since we firmly subscribe to the inter-generational, collective ownership module, we are always in need of inspired, capable scholars to take responsibility of the journal. Working with us entails:
- editing, which requires a certain minimum linguistic and literary competence, and acquaintance with formatting.
- networking, which requires disseminating the journal, and reaching out to as many people as possible both off as well as on the internet.
- sketching, which requires making sketches of the Editor, working on the cover page, and making sketches to go along with the submissions.
- designing, which constitutes putting together the print and online issue of the journal.
Scholars in their first year of postgraduation, MA or M.Phil, and with some experience of editing, and of writing academic papers, will be given preference, though those without any experience may also freely apply. Scholars pursuing their BA may also apply; since we’re fairly flexible, and there are no rigidly fixed roles, we can always do with more eager minds.
We are, as of now, unable to provide any monetary remuneration for our team members, but since Literophile has almost always been a fruitful learning experience for those involved with it, we hope that itself will be sufficient reward for anyone wishing to join us.
